Today we talked about the employment contract.
I admired a working style of American's which is so smart to manage their time.
Nowadays some Japanese companies start to implement a 'No overtime work day' once a week. Yes, once a week...lol
But it has been not worked well yet. Especially my company!
This is one of my missions as consultant to solve such issue.

While waiting a call from Teacher Froulaine, I made vocabulary note of grammatical terms in it. It was useful. Teacher often use grammatical teams during the class. Japanese English class in junior high school or high school usually goes on Japanese. So we don’t know grammatical teams well. I recommend you to make a vocabulary note before your lesson.
