It was a lot of fun to talk about each other's experiences about food wastage. My goal is to speak out my opinions freely in English, and Xandra's lessons are always so useful!

We had fun time also today:) he teached a few new phrase in English! I confused pronunciation of "crime" while our talking. after his class I searched the words of "crime","clime","climb" on the Internet. it's difficult for me to understand different of those words:'( so I think I want him to teach me different of pronunciation next his class:)

There's a idiom "tap into" which was new to me and I was not sure how I could use it.
He tried to explain it with examples several times (he had to more than once since it was hard for me to visualize it with just a once time) and finally I could understand what it means and where the word comes from.
Thanks for not giving us on me with it!

Thank you for choosing a good article. The article was about ethic.
It throws you a question of which action you would choose, the one from ethical point of view or realistic point of view, which was one of the interesting discussion points.

We practiced reading and pronunciation. I also learned some new words and phrases: engagement (which has several meaning including social gathering and commitment), minefield (means delicate issue), out of order(means inappropriate), etc. I learned a lot today. I appreciate Max that you always listen me carefully and correct my pronunciation and usage of English as needed, which is very helpful. Thank you!

It was great talking to you Katherine. I was late a couple of minutes for the lesson as I was busy doing laundry for my husband who was sick with too much drinking. I enjoyed answering the questions on the dialogue as always. Thank you Katherine. I am looking forward to seeing you next time!
