 I took a lesson of Inger, 100 Power Topics, How to Make a Claim. Inger taught me some new vocabulary and the way to use carefully about some expressions. We act as a customer and an insurance officer and then, we talked about my experience when I asked for a replacement to the store and claimed to the insurance company. During the textbook lesson, he found it difficult to pronounce several words, such as "ridiculous," "comfortable" and "pronunciation."
