We talked about a social event that I attended. I explained that I found some tendencies among students depending on their majors. In addition, we talked about social norms in the US including tipping. Calculating tips is sometimes difficult for foreigners, so I wanted to confirm how American people pay tips. Although I have used some expressions frequently, I have never thought about rigorously whether these expressions are appropriate. Thus, I wanted to confirm what natural expressions are.
