 Last Saturday, I suddenly thought of training. I went to swimming pool near my house and swam one hour. After that, I went for a jog. It’s been 5 or more years since the last time I went for jog because I injured my knee during it. First few kilometers, I run very cautiously. I gradually returned the confidence, but I kept slow pace running up to 15km.
When I run through 15km mark, I was overtook more elderly guy than I. I carelessly increased the speed and overtook him. Totally I had run 20km at 2.5 hour. When I was young, I trained whole of day. Nowadays, I can’t do such hard exercise, but I was very happy to find that I can keep running over 2 hours.
