This was my first time to take Teacher John's lesson. I told him about myself first. And we talked about drawing, pets, fishing, baby etc. I shared him my goal of English learning. His lesson is very stimulating. His questions are thought-provoking and I really enjoy discuss on them. When he finds a misusage, uncommon expression or words in my speaking, he points out them and teaches me better way or better word very clearly. The sharing businesses are more and more growing in Japan. Airbnb or Uber constantly spread in the market. Today I saw the news which share the fashion items. Instead of buying closes, member can choose the clothes dispraised in their smartphone. They can rent the all clothes which they wear every day at 9,800 JPY per month, about 5% of initial payments of new graduate. If you pay more than it per month constantly, you would better think using this service. This is the business model of share the expenses. Empirically, ordinary members in this business model are the loser. I know the winner are less than 20% of whole members. This is so-called 80-20 rule and many people knows it. But this service gets the members in these days. Because everybody likes it fashionable! |
