In this lesson Dilhara prepared a photo of a house and we described about what we can see in the photo. Because the housing style is quite different from houses I'm familiar with, it was a bit difficult to describe it. But as Dilhara showed me example, I could understand how to explain the details. Thank you for the lesson and I was sorry that Skype video shutted down... I figured out how to recover it so it'll be okay for next lesson. See you soon! |

本日もリーダーとチャットでレッスンいただきました。チャットの中で数字の読み方を教えて頂きました。 昨日先生に教えてもらった段階では、今まで通り数字を右からよんでましたが、本当は先生の説明を理解してたようです。今朝ミニカーの番号を私に説明に来たときは左からよんでました。 また、登園中に復習でレッスンにして頂いたリーダーを読ませたところ、「ママ、hatsはjust one の時、hatだよ」と言いました。驚きました。先生の説明が理解できてたみたいです。 |

Hi Mayumi-san, happy to see you again:) We mainly talked about cultural differences. It was very fun and interesting to hear a lot of experiences of studying abroad from you. Thank you so much. I always feel that I can't understand other countries' culture unless I go and see them with my own eyes. I think that the best way to know what a coutry is like is to go and see with your own eyes. In this lesson I learned acronyms that commonly used in English. I know only few of them so I learned many new ones. The lesson helped me because sometimes when I email with foreign people I see acronyms. The lesson was quite difficult for me, but it was fruitful. We started reading an article entitled "What it's like to live in a well-governed country." It was interesting article for me because I like to know about different cultures.
