Thank you always for asking me lots of questions and letting me speak a lot. This is a good practice for me to think in English and speak English. Besides, I enjoyed talking with you very much, as always. |

I talked about my weekend activities and Sarah corrected my grammar and taught me some sentences. Today I practiced how to use "because" and "that is why". It was very helpful and I really enjoyed her lesson. |

Thank you for very nice talking. It was quite interesting to know the geography and the history of Canada. I was also impressed by the country's relationship with the Britain!! We experience somes skype disconnections, but they recovered after a few minutes. Hope to see you again! |

Today I read an article ‘I was a teacher for 17 years, but I couldn’t read or write’ with Mark. It was interesting to read and not difficult. But there were new expressions and words to learn, such as siblings, defiant, clown, articulate, hostile, and disruptor. |

We talked about pickling shallots and salty plums. I explained my way to make them and Janine corrected my words into natural expressions such as "remove the skin of shallots" not "peel the skin of shallots". We enjoyed talking and I learned a lot of proper expressions. |

We continued to read an article about investment. It had good vocaburalies such as "in a vacuum (being separate from things)", "recoup (get something back)", and "outside my parameter (beyon my limitations)". I really enjoyed learning about investment with Terry. Thank you Terry. |
