Kathryn, Ghosn was re-arrested for breach of trust, while Kelly (the other guy) is likely to be released. Quite a development!

As for the "w" or "p" issue, my bet goes to the theory that was a "p". However, his mouse movement looks a little bit short to pronounce the word of "people".
