 久しぶりの再会で、旧友同士みたいに楽しくしゃべり通しました。Roseli は結構しゃべるので、会話に入り込んでいく意気込みも必要です。（笑）下準備もせず、勉強感覚でもなく、肩慣らしの様に英語脳に切り替えていく、こう言うレッスンも時には良いなと思いました。

 子供が中学生になり英検４級を受験し始めてから、筆記試験やリスニングは単語や過去問を中心に自宅学習をし、Mayumi先生にライティングとスピーキングの指導をしていただいており、中学２年生の最後に英検２級まで合格することができました。
Mayumi先生に指導していただく以外に塾などに行かせた事はありません。
準１級は単語が難しすぎてなかなか１次合格できませんが、ライティングの点数が1番良いです。
子供がレッスン時間を間違えても、変わらず優しく接してくださり、励ましてくださる先生に感謝です。

 Thank you for the great chat as usual, Nik. Oh! I just remembered! Salman Rushdie is the author who wrote "The Satanic Verses”. A Japanese translator of the novel was killed by someone in 1991. The tragedy was spread by media outlets, even though those among never read the novel. In the end, the crime couldn't be solved and the state of limitation expired in 2006. The novel is called "Akuma-no-Uta” in Japanese. The title has a different name from the original. The translator was an Islamic scholar. In my opinion, he was assassinated by an Islamic because the novel talked about Muhammad's entire life. That's why Salman Rushdie was almost killed by someone. What do you think about it?
