John has in his wall`s house a couple of paintings. One is a landscape of a beautiful rolling countryside with muted color. Another is a view of rocky ridges and the sunlight in the background with subdued use of color. In contrast , the third one is a rainforest with a riot of color. Underneath the paintings the skirting board is about to comes off and it is a bit grimy. The showy lives in a rickety house in a sleazy neighborhood . The grass in the garden is needed to be mowed. John toots his own horn of the paintings saying he painted all them. |
