 手作りスポーツドリンクの作り方
1: 50ccほどの湯を沸かす
2: 塩小さじ4分の1、砂糖小さじ1,クエン酸小さじ2をいれ溶かす。
3:2を冷ましてレモン汁2分の1個分を加える。
4:全体で1リットル位になるよう水を加える
