Today's article is "New pollution charge begins in London." It is an interesting scheme which will cause good effects to clean the air in London and at the same time some troubles for drivers who have old cars. Mark explained my questions in the article and I understand my mistake for use of comparative words like this sentence "There has never been a better time for drivers to consider making the switch to electric." "never + better" means "There has been the best time for......." Thank you for appointing it, Mark. I could make up my mistake. See you next lesson soon. |

Spring is a lovely season to enjoy, everything is peachy. Flowers blooming, people are more alive, agreeable climate yet another magic atmosphere to stroll along under the blossoms fully out. This lesson was our first meeting and I enjoyed a pleasant time with Mark. I found myself absorbed in Mark`s witty remarks and interesting stories like a british superstition about the Magpies and superstition, doffing the hat to prevent bad luck. I think we japanese are in some aspects weird but I see we have something in common. Haha. Mark, thank you very much for today`s lesson. See you. |

I enjoyed his class.Today we talked about dramas that I watched on Netflex. I have been learning that there is not much difference between people through his classes. I’m sure there are people enjoying Japanese dramas somewhere in the world. |

Today's article is "Fast fashon is harming the planet." Unexpectedly, fast fashon has contributed to climate change and contaiminating the oceans by dislodged microfibres in washing clothings. We enjoyed talking about fashion and Mark explained phrases in the article that I didn't understand. Next time I'm looking forward to discussing the contents. See you soon, Mark. |

Today, we talked about the article about the fact that Japanese society has tried to embrace the cashless future despite widespreading misgivings. Many people in Japan are still doubtful about paying by credit cards or debit cards all the more with smartphones. Cashless payment or cash one, each has good and bad points. But cashless style may spread more. So, it would be better to prepare for the global movement. Mark enthusiastically explains my unfamiliar words and expressions as always and give me new ideas and deep meanings in articles. Thank you, Mark. See you next lesson soon. |

I am going to go to Hong Kong, so, today, our lesson was a role playing. Mark was a tour guide, and I was a tourist from Japan. It was really fun lesson. I am looking forward to visiting Hong Kong very much. But, there is one problem. My daughter is like a Marie Antoinette, so I will not be able to enjoy delicious food stand. Thank you very much Mark! |

In Japan, movies have different titles. Of course titles are translated into Japanese, but, sometimes they are given different names. In today's lesson, we talked about the movie "Love is a Many-Splendored Thing", but for me, it was a little bit difficult to remember the original name. Thank you for a pleasant lesson! |

My recent anxiety is about the hip replacement operation I am going to have soon. Mark was trying to calm down my emotion. But the more he trys to relux me the more my anxiety increase, evenafter his kind words. I wish my operation would be done tomorrow it could be. I hope that my English is getting betterenough to discribe how I feel after the operation is done. |

Thank you for your class. It was the first lesson for me. I used to used incorrect grammar and expression, so thank you for correcting my English. I was really curious about your life in Czech Republic, so I asked a lot.Sorry about that. I didn't know foods in Czech Republic are similar in UK or Europe. One of the most interesting thing was about border. People go back and forth other countries to find cheaper things. Thank you and see you soon. |
