I am sorry that this lesson did not meet the students expectations. As the student did not want to take part in any self introductions or small talk at the start of the lesson, it was difficult to make her feel relaxed or to build any kind of rapport with her. This was made even harder by the fact that she did not use a camera. I did my best to give her the best lesson possible but it was not easy to know how she was feeling because I could not see her. I would recommend that she uses her camera and engages in some introductions and small talk with her tutors so that she can have more constructive, useful and engaging lessons in the future.
