Thank you for your lesson!! Today we discussed about 'Job satisfaction', and one of the researchers says the rate of employees who are thinking that they are not feeling being appreciated is getting high. It is led by fair wage and relationship with co-workers at the office. I thought it is essential for every employee that to be valued and appreciated. Sometimes salary is important, but also estimation from other workers is significant. |
