Teacher Tinz gave me the learning material that was a little bit challenging for me, as usual. I printed it out and read carefully just because I wanted to talk about it with my favorite teacher. I appreciate she is trying to bring me up into the next stage.

最初は緊張していましたが、落ち着いた話し方をしてくれる先生なので、だんだんリラックスできるようになりました。
私が変な英語(?)で話していても、すぐに理解してくれるので助かります。

Thank you for your lesson yesterday! I'm sorry for the delay of my comment. This time we had a connection problem, but it was very kind of you to prolong our lesson for making it up. I really enjoyed your lesson, especially the role playing practice was very interesting! See you soon in our next lesson!

I’m a slow starter. Every time the lesson started, I hardly switch my language to English. But as the lesson goes, I can speak English little by little. When the lesson comes to close, my communication mode has completely changed to English. I always wish I’d talk more when I logoff from the skype. One Japanese novelist said “When you wish to continue forever, happiness is there”. A happiness always comes little bit late to me.

Thank you for your lesson yesterday. Sorry for the delay of my comment. We had a wonderful time together! You are such a friendly and approachable person that I could feel relaxed and talk a lot about my job, my daughters and trips. You told me about the difference between American English and British English. It was very interesting! See you soon in our next lesson!

コメントが大変遅くなりました。わたしがなかなか英語で表現できなくても待っててくださり、英語のみで会話してくださるのでわたしも恥を捨てて頑張れます!ありがとうございます!

I really enjoyed this class as usual.
The teacher was kind and skillful.
Today I enjoyed free talking lesson.
The teacher gave me a correct sentence in the most suitable timing. So I could take a
enough time to consider how I can make the sentence and then I could know what is
the better way to say.
I think that might be one of ideal lessons for me.

This was the first lesson for about 3 months. So we began to talk about our recent events and then we went to the main topic of today's lesson. That was about English learning for junior high school students. She recommended to use Side-by-side and explained its contents. I also asked her how she learned communicating in English. She said reading books, watching TV etc. were major methods for her. She also said that they were taught many of subjects in English in their elementary school and they had to answer in English when they were asked about those subjects by teachers. That is very different situation from Japan. Anyway, thank you, Carmela. See you.

We often talk about the differences of American society and Japan society. In today's lesson, we discussed about the role of parents and teachers of Japan. We tend to nurture much, on the other hand taking away freedom. Today's lesson was so nice again! See you soon!
