We started our lesson to converse freely as usual, but actually it didn't stop! We both had a scary experience at a clinic so couldn't stop talking about it. It was our first lesson. I had requested him beforehand that I wanted to practice answering questions he'd give me, and he picked up questions related to my city. First he told me about his city and I tried to answer his questions following his talk. But I couldn't answer them properly because I didn't know much about my city! I was so embarrassed! I think Dilhara is a calm and conscientious teacher.

“Rakugo” is kind of storytelling. Most of the story are the funny. When I was young, I enjoyed the radio program of “Rakugo” in every Sunday night. It lasts 10-20 minutes, storyteller have to talk alone. When I was 9 years old, I played short rakugo program in the party of my class. The classmates very enjoyed it, so I prepare more longer program. It lasts 20 minutes. It was hard to memories whole story, but somehow I did. It was in my class rooms but other class people gathered and listened my play. When my rakugo was over, I was applaud by all people. I already forget the stories, but I still like listen the rakugo program before I sleep.

5歳の娘のレッスンを依頼しました。これまで英語のレッスンがどのようなものかわかっていなかった様子の娘。日本語で「先生の口の形をみて」「まねしてごらん」「先生の後に繰り返してみて」と指示を出してくださったことで、安心してレッスンに取り組めている様子でした。娘の声は小さく、聞き取りにくかったと思いますが、ささいな点でも褒めていただけたので、娘もとても嬉しそうでした。

Hi Nix, I really appreciate you making great lesson time.
I could enjoy talking to you as usual.
I am interested in a chocolate-chicken you showed. I am always surprised and attracted by novel foods you introduce. When you suddenly showed me it, I could not grasp the course of story.
I feel the conversation with you is kind of toy boxes or pinball. I can’t predict what topics are made.
Sometimes, it is a little bit hard to keep up with the changes of your topics. But, that is one of your original training to improve imagination skill, isn’t it?
At the latter half, though I tried to debate, I was completely defeated. I will not win to you EVEN IF I speak English well. That was harder than that of the office meeting.
Anyway, I fully appreciated your world.
