 Thank you for the lesson. We've had a technical difficulty so for the first 25 min, I couldn't hear what he was saying (90%) but he extended the time and for the latter half (25min) I could hear more (if it was a long sentence it was mostly cut but I could catch the meaning and he also typed for me).
We talked about LA and Thailand, and the talk was really nice!

 As we move into a freezing cold winter. People are wearing knit hats,fluffy earmuffs,yarn socks, woolen sweater,booble hats,scarfs and others warm stuff. People cope to rug up in their own ways to weather out the bitter winter. So do I. I affix, stick a disposable bory warmer(カイロ) in my lower back around the belt.(haha) The heat propagate to my entire bory. The end of the year isn`t far away. Another year has whizzed by. Resolution? Uh,I make every year,but It`s sort of "easier said than done",hard to accomplish. Well,today I learned words "viral" and "stock pictures". We talked about formal meeting, informal meeting, the lesson revolved around business meeting. I could incorporate words and phrases as "sloppy","abrasive","headstrong","testy","high-strung","touchy","killjoy","wet blanket","party pooper","dissipate","vanish","restrictive","eradicate","backlog","salient", and so on. Thanks Nina. You are the bomb.
