 I asked Mehmet-sensei what he did when he was stressed out. When he feels something wrong he usually takes a walk with listening to music, however he doesn’t have many stressful things. Also he likes to drink alcohol. He knows “月桂冠” and “焼酎” made in Japan. I recommend him “泡盛”．Next time I’ll take his lesson, I wanna explain how to make “泡盛” 😆．

 Today, I had a free-conversation class with Bill. We started by catching up and talking about hey fever. I told Bill one home remedy that I have been practicing for a couple of years. Then, I asked him a quick question about my possible bad English speaking habit. He gave me his view on that.
And then, we moved on to the pros and cons of remote work. Since Bill and I have been working online for a long time and have been completely used to it, our discussion was mainly about the negative aspects of remote work. I shared some kind of anxiety that remote work brings. Bill's concern about the rising cost of online working style was interesting and helped me see things from a different perspective.
Thank you, Bill. It's going to be exciting to chat with polygonized you in a virtual space, hahaha.

 Another conversation about cooking. Batter of deep fries. Boiling point of olive oil is 300 Celsius which is lower that the ones of vegetable oil, and is not suitable for frying. The batter of my fish and chips was thin and he instructed me a tips of thick batter, seasoning the batter with salt and pepper and leave it for 30 minutes. Soak the fish on the batter with finger. Put them in vegetable oil for fry until the bubble reduces but not until it disappears. Drain it on the kitchen paper. He also gave me a recipe of Potato Scallop which I will try to cook for this weekend.
