Having taken over 4,000 lessons with other companies, this is the first time I have ever encountered such an experience. Prior to this, we had discussed topics like U.S. citizenship and voting rights, which might have touched on sensitive issues. If she were a professional, I would have expected her to clarify what was considered rude or to make an effort to redirect the conversation and complete the lesson.
