We talked about unmet medical needs.
I explained the definition of unmet medical needs. After that, we discussed alzheimer's disease. For now, we don't have effective therapy for alzheimer's disease. The number of patients with alzheimer's disease will increase because of an aging society in advanced countries. Pharmaceutical companies are making efforts to develop effective drugs for unmet medical needs including rare diseases. Today, I was interested in the articles you introduced in our lessons.
I really enjoyed our English study.

As you mentioned, I have many meetings too much in our company, and I agree with your constructive proposals to reduce frequency of meetings. I think I may be able to improve our productivity by decrease of meetings, becauae our works are not to attend to meetings.

 息子(6歳)がレッスンを受けていますが、とても優しい先生です。子供向けのゲームやお話が揃ったインターネット教材を使い、楽しく進めてくれます。
先生が常にニコニコして、本当に楽しそうに子どもと会話してくれるので、ちょっとくらい英語の意味が分からなくても子供も楽しそうに笑っています。そんな中で、だんだん子供1人でもやりとりができ、スムーズに英文をリピートすることもできるようになってきました。

 保育園児の息子が受けています。子どもの対応が上手です。
話が通じていなさそうだったら、何度もゆっくり言い直したり、答え方の例を言ったり、単語や画像を送ってくれたります。それでも、乗ってこないときはぱっと諦めて、次の内容に進んでくれます。予定の内容を変えて、歌を歌ったり体を動かしたりと子どもの気分を変えようとうまく誘導してくれたりもします。
気分屋の幼児に25分間のレッスンを受けさせるには、英語力以上に子供対応力が必要なので、ありがたいです。
