 Freddy is a much-loved English teacher.He made his best effort to become the English teacher.  Today we talked about an article about the barriers that women in the U.S companies who are trying to acheive leadership positions often encounter. It was a very interesting article, which interviewed with women who had an experience of trying to take a top position and did analysis on why making it to the top in the U.S companies are still so hard for them. It says there is deeply routed discriminations against women and it's hard to change. I learned many good words and expressions including C-suite, pipeline, get in the way, stumble, taking a massive swipe at, exit package and hanging around a right circle. Thank you Max!

 Today,we talked about robots and what will happen on our earth in the future. It is very difficult to talk about our future even in Japanese,and of course,it is much more difficult in English. And the hardest time is when I have no idea about the topic. But Max always talks about what he thinks and explains many things which I don't know.
