We spent too much time to talk about Uk's EU referendum. So we could not take up futursitic transport system as a topic of conversation. Next time Let's talk about the results of UK's referendum and Japanese election of Upper house. At the lesson after next we will discuss the above topic. |

I enjoyed his lesson today, too! I was quite relaxed today. We've been using stories Max prepared and each story has an underlying message so I can learn not only English but also insights to be a better person. I really enjoy talking about those things with Max. Thank you for the lesson, Max. I had a good time! I'll try to make the atmosphere of the meeting enjoyable!! It's going to be a positive meeting!! |

We talked about an impossible dream today. I wish I could have a DOKODEMO door! We can find it in a Japanese cartoon DORAEMON. He is a plump cat and he can go anywhere with it! |

Today, I chose the article "Donald Trump vs Muslims" and summarized it. Max explained some words and sentences that cleared my insufficient understanding. Also he gave me some alternative expressions which are more common. I've decided to try to expressi with more common words and phrases, not persist in usins the words in an article. Thank you, Max for usual great lesson! |

For two consecutive days, we tried the same Q&Q type of lessons on two completely differnt topics. Either type was useful for me to improve my English skills and I was able to see on which type I need to work on harder. Thank you, Max and see you very soon! |

I had a good time talking with Max, as usual. He often encouraged me with praise such as "I like that" or "Good" while I was talking. It made me feel more encouraged and motivated to speak out. So I could be more spontaneous today. I'm happy about it.I'm looking forward to the next lesson, Max! |

One of the prime minister Abe's public commitments is to provide women opportunities to work actively. However, before this statement, he said how to use women as workforce. He was blamed a lot for this improper statement, but t is his real intention. |

Thank you for today's wonderful lesson as usual. I really like to do a role play with you. It's fun but also very helpful for me because it's almost like improvising, besides you are so creative! See you soon! |

Thank you for your comments, Mark. The proverb“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”is very convincing. I have two aspects, sharing both this American mind and workaholic Japanese mind. My reality sometimes contradicts my ideal. I try to keep my mind as open as possible. |

Thank you, Mark. Sleep is the most familiar topic. Every day, I think how many hours should I sleep, until what time can I sit up. But I shouldn't be arrogant, ignoring taking a rest. |

Happy Flag day! Maybe this time was second time that I made a mistake REcord and reCORd. First one is noun and second is verb!!!! Alright! I will never get mistake! In addition, I memorized fed-fed-fed. Fed is different from Feed. Thank you very much! and I hope you will catch an intelligent fly! |

I practiced summarizing the article regarding the humanoid robot phone. Summarizing needs paraphrazing the whole details, which challenges me to use a variety of vocabularies. That's tough, but works well. Thank you for usual corrections and helpful advice, Max" |
