In a certain village in UK, a little blond girl loved Japanese Anime and animals to bits. In her palace lived a little kitty and a little sloth. In the backyard there was a big Japanese plum tree in the orchard. The adorable girl liked to pick the plum with a long rod and eat with the kitty and the sloth, eating seated like pandas seated. The filly peeled the plum and ate it, until then was everything normal, but the tomboy spat the seeds to the cubs. They always scuffled and scratch each others. Her brother always stepped in and settle the brawl among them. Every now and then, the fickle girl was an affectionate but in a flash the fickled-minded princess was broody. Her brother was abashed at her behavior and conduct and apologized and bowed to the cubs and ran away. That was a typical day in the palace.

As a child I imagine you jumping on a rain puddle and splashing cold muddy water to the boy you were hot on .However, the cool boy blew you off and you got pouty and jumping into the puddle again dirtying yourself. As a tomboy, you thought that you would be in the dog house because you were totally dirty, so you ran to the river and plunged in and you began to swin and went " I wish I could be a mermaid and hook the smart boy who I have a huge crush on" . Next day, likewise, you tried to get the attention throwing snowballs toward the boy , but he dodged them and they hit a gargly boy and you unintentionally sparked him to fall in love with you.

Moving to Shizuoka would be wonderful, open the curtain and Mont Fuji is shining for you in the early morning or in a foggy morning that the Majesty is dimly visible. I envy you because you can do that every morning, it would be dope to say" Good Morning, my Majesty". I have to be satisfied with the crows that slather the garbage and leave the street with goops.

John has in his wall`s house a couple of paintings. One is a landscape of a beautiful rolling countryside with muted color. Another is a view of rocky ridges and the sunlight in the background with subdued use of color. In contrast , the third one is a rainforest with a riot of color. Underneath the paintings the skirting board is about to comes off and it is a bit grimy. The showy lives in a rickety house in a sleazy neighborhood . The grass in the garden is needed to be mowed. John toots his own horn of the paintings saying he painted all them.

First, separate broccoli into individual florets and quickly blanch or steam for 2 minutes and set aside, cut onion in half and cut into small wedges, peel carrot and cut into half inch thick and peel potatoes and cut into about 8 to 12 pieces each. Cut boneless chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute chicken for a few minutes until lightly browned, meanwhile heat chicken broth in a large pot at medium heat, then add chicken pieces to the broth. Heat one spoon oil in the same pan used for chicken and cook the onion, add carrot and potatoes to the pan, cook for a couple of minutes. Now transfer the vegetables to the chicken broth and lower the heat to the medium low, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. In a clean pan, melt the butter at medium heat , add the flour, all-purpose flour and cook for a couple of minutes and gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, So that sauce doesn`t form lumps and cook for a few minutes untill the sauce is smooth and thickened. Add the sauce to the stew and stir well ans season with sault and pepper to taste and cook uncover it for 10 to 15 minutes until the stew thickens, add the cooked broccoli and gently stir and serve in a bowl.

First, soak dried rice vermicelli in hot water to rehydrate and strain water and set aside, peel and cut onion in half and slice thinly and cut cabbage into 1-inch squares and slice peeled carrot thinly and cut into matchsticks, cut pork into thin strips, remove the tail of shrimp and cut it in half. In a large frying pan heat the oil at medium heat and start cooking pork until lightly browned then add the shrimp and cook until the color changes, add onion, carrot and the cabbage and cooked until softened, add the noodles and stir-fry for a minute, then add some water and the seasonings salt and pepper, soy sauce, sake and soyce sauce and cook for a couple of minutes and finally add the spinach and cook for another minute and serve on a plate. Vermicelli noodles are very convenient to keep in your pantry and it`s gluten free, just stir-fry with some leftover vegetables and meat from the fridge and you will have a tasty and nutritious meal in no face.

First, make tartar sauce in advance, chopped onion, pickles like cornichons and boiled egg and mixed with mayonnaise, add a bit of lemon juice and some salt and set aside in a refrigerator. Heat soy sauce , rice vinegar and sugar together in a small pot until the sugar has completely dissolved, pour out in a shallow dish and set aside. Place a chicken breast on a cutting board and use a knife to butterfly cut the meat to make it even thickness and place a plastic wrap on top and pound with a meat mallet to flatten to about half inch thickness, cut in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with the flour, then dip it in beaten egg and carefully drop the chicken in the frying oil, turn once and fry until golden brown on both side and cook through. Once it`s cooked, dip the fried chicken immediately in the vinegar sauce to cover both sides and cut the chicken into bite-side pieces on slices and serve with the tartar sauce.

Put lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar in a stand mixer bowl, then whisk well. Combine bread flour and cake flour and add to the milk mixture. Add salt and milk powder and start the mixer kneading with a dough hook at medium speed. When the dough is becoming a ball after about 8 minutes, add soft butter and knead for another 4 to 5 minutes until the butter is completely incorporated. Cover with plastic and leave in a warm place about 1 hour untill the dough has doubled in size. Take the dough and push gently to deflate the gas from the dough. Put onto a cutting board and cut into 6 equal pieces each. Flatten and fold the dough three times like a letter and repeat 3 times. The folded dough should look like soft squares. Let them rest for 15 minutes covered. Place a dough square on a cutting board. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. From a long edge, fold about 1/3 of dough toward the middle and press. from the other long edge, fold 1/3 of dough toward the middle and press. Then finally fold and press the long edges together to make a long log. Pinch and tuck in the ends. Repeat for the rest of the dough. Brush egg wash(the mixture of egg with a pinch of salt) on the surface of the dough. Bake in a oven for about 9 to 10 minutes until they brown. Bon appetit!

Cut the macherel in pieces. Slice ginger thinly. In a pot, heat water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce and ginger at the medium heat. Add the fish, lower to medium low heat and cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, halfway through open the lid and turn the fish once, cover again and cook for a few more minutes, remove some of the sauce from the pot and thin miso paste with it. Stir and put the miso mixture back into the sauce in the pot. Cook uncovered for another 7 to 8 minutes untill the sauce has thickened a little bit, the sweet and salty flavor of the thick miso sauce goes very well with steamed rice. This is one of the most popular staple Japanese fish dishes.
