 In a process of making Soy sauce, at the initial stage, steamed soy beans and roasted wheat are mixed. And MOULD is added. Several days later, this will transform into soy beans malt. Mixture of these ingredients are packed
in jar. Stir everyday. When they fermented enough, salt water is added. Malt ends fermentation. Several month later, liquid is extracted. This is the Soy sauce!
