Today we discussed exploitation in Japan. Frou showed me an article about overbearing and unrealistic sales quotas imposed on part-time workers in Japanese convenience stores. Although "black part-time jobs" were sometimes reported in Japan, I did not know such cases. Many Japanese university students seem to work for convenience stores as a part-time job. In today's lesson, We used one of the 100 power topics. Actually, the first of the text is not for creative activity like the latter part. However, he encouraged me to insert my own words between passages to make the sentence more natural at part 1. In addition to that, he allowed me to make my original sentences using today's phrase at part 2. I think these ways of practice offered by him are very helpful. |
