In Japan especially country side, there are many hardware store. In Japan, we call the hardware store as “Home center”. Living in Tokyo, most annoying me is the lack of them. There are no hardware store near my home, I have to drive over 30 min by car. I feel happy when I went to large hardware store. There are many materials of construction, exterior and interior, distribution, and gardening. I like walking around the store. I feel happy to imagine how wonderful if I fix or change my home using these materials. Today I went to large hardware store to find the rubber sheets of 50cm square and 5mm thick.
Fortunately, I could find similar size of sheets on there. That sheets used to mend our family sofa which the springs had protruded. My wife and kids happy to sit on sofa comfortably, so do I because I could explore the wonderland of materials which makes me happy.

We discussed vocabulary and reading scripts from TOEFL test. Thanks to Gabriel-san's explanation, my understanding of the scripts, how soils and humus are formed, improved, and it became clear. Thank you very much for your great lesson. Also, I learned that "depot" is warehouse where large items stored, and "depository" is stock place where small items such as medicines are kept.
