Thank you very much for your great lesson. Today you and my daughter had a guessing game using some cards in the first half of the lesson. It was a great activity for her to brush up her listening skill. In the second half she did an activity with you on the text using present continuous tense. You kindly answered to my question about the grammar too. |

2度目のレッスンでした。近況報告と新聞記事のリーディングをしました。先生が、ゆっくり時間をかけて理解しながら読むように促してくれたので、リラックスして音読できました。質問もしやすく、また説明もわかりやすいので、とても納得して覚えれます。わからない単語だけでなく興味のあることも聞きやすいので、とてもありがたいです。 |

Hi Vlada, I have been wondering: You told me that there were five ranks among Eastern Orthodoxy monks, and the highest, bishop, cannot marry while the lower four must have wife. Then what will happen if a lower one is promoted to bishop? Must he get divorced ?! I googled and found this page, but it did not answer either: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Orthodox_Church |

We also discussed the types of allergies and how we deal with them. Thank you for your wonderful lesson, Rose. See you again soon. |

At the beginning of the lesson, I told Dilhara about my favorite food. Then we read an article entitled 'Online deliveries clogging up city streets'. I'm interested to know about social issues so I enjoyed the article. He picked up some words and we checked the meaning of them. There were some words I didn't know, but some of them I could guess from the sentence in the article. Then he gave me some questions about the article. I like how Dilhara conducts lesson because he checks my understanding so it helps me a lot to learn effectively. |
