Thank you for the lesson, Danielle! Today's topic was very difficult, but it was a good opportunity to learn about the background. I thought you had a good insight for the matter. See you next time! |

First, soak dried rice vermicelli in hot water to rehydrate and strain water and set aside, peel and cut onion in half and slice thinly and cut cabbage into 1-inch squares and slice peeled carrot thinly and cut into matchsticks, cut pork into thin strips, remove the tail of shrimp and cut it in half. In a large frying pan heat the oil at medium heat and start cooking pork until lightly browned then add the shrimp and cook until the color changes, add onion, carrot and the cabbage and cooked until softened, add the noodles and stir-fry for a minute, then add some water and the seasonings salt and pepper, soy sauce, sake and soyce sauce and cook for a couple of minutes and finally add the spinach and cook for another minute and serve on a plate. Vermicelli noodles are very convenient to keep in your pantry and it`s gluten free, just stir-fry with some leftover vegetables and meat from the fridge and you will have a tasty and nutritious meal in no face. |

Thanks for the awesome lesson. You told me an interesting thing. It was Kombucha. It's totally different from Japanese konbucha. I've never heard of it. Japanese konbucha is a beverage called tangle seaweed drink. But I heard that what is called black tea fungus in Japan is called Kombucha. Both are good for health. I'll try it this time. Tell me about interesting things again. See you soon and take care! |

It was a very informative lesson today.I learned so many things about what I should do for my future business.Honestly I think It’s going to be hard for me to use SNS to promote my business, because I’m not familiar with it, but now I know where I should start thanks to you. I’ll try! |
