I explained the difference between Tako-yaki and Okonomi-yaki.
Also learned that they are originated in Osaka and Kansai area and that's the reason why they are popular in that area. Okonomi means whatever you like in Japanese and yaki means fried. You can put any ingrediends you like in the breading and that's where the name comes from.

I enjoyed talking with Kathryn as usual. I found it difficult to have free conversation without any preparation.
Looking forward to speaking with her soon. Yoshio.

Plenty of social network services are available these day but I use a little. No matter how service providers insist its security, I wouldn't trust everything. You too?

I read the aritcle regading selfie related death. I am embarassed to say, I didn't know the Japanese word 自撮り, much less selfie. I was surprised to know that India has the highest number of selfie deaths. Howecer, it is a matter of their willpoer to control their desire. We saw eye to eye on this issue.
Thank you always for the great lesson. See you next time.
