 I learned a lot as usual. I’m a curious person, so I’d like to share my excitement about Banksy with Markii. Banksy has a lot of policies about social issues all over the world. I can imagine a lot about the meaning “consumerism ” by Mark-sensei’s explanations. By the way the drawing work named “Girl with Balloon”cutting by the shredder was sold. And after that his works became more expensive than before. What an irony !!

Firstly, I introduced myself and shared my recent events: moving into a new apartment, the current internet connection, what I do for a living, etc.
James found it interesting that I want to develop the West-coast accent. I don't think I could explain why I want to acquire the accent well, though.
Lastly, I had him check some sentences that I prepared in advance, and he gave me some advice and his view on them. He was kindly willing to go over time, and I appreciate it.

In today's story, I told you that Japanese people may be fooled if they can't speak English abroad.
Especially in France, French people have a high pride.
So when Japanese who can't speak French or English go to France, they may surely look down on them.
While we talked about it, you introduced me to an interesting video. It's incredible.

 いつも同じ先生のレッスンを受けてきましたが、今月はポイントを追加購入して他の先生も受けてみることにして、メメット先生のレッスンを受講しました。これまでの会話レッスンは「とにかく意味が通じれば良い」という感じでしたが、メメット先生は「そういう場合はこういうふうに言う方がよい。」と私が「まさにそういうことを言いたかった。」ように英語らしいこなれた言い方をチャット欄に書いてくださいました。「レッスンから得たものが多い」と満足感があります。

話し方は早いので初級上ぐらいからの人向きかもしれませんが、「自分は話し方が早いのでゆっくり話した方がよかったらそう言ってください。」と言われましたから大丈夫だとも思います。本来日常的に話されている速さだと思うので慣れるのにはこの速さでのレッスンが良さそうに思いました。
