The author of the paper we read believes that US sanctions on Myanmar should be applied to the MOGE. I'm sure the US was the first nation to impose sanctions on the Tatmadaw after the coup, followed by the UK, Canada, and the EU; they had already sanctioned MEHL and MEC. Overall, Japan occupies a middle ground between the West, which values democracy and human rights, and Asian nations, which value sustainability and wealth. I believe Japan should stay up with the G7 regarding human rights diplomacy and human security in Myanmar. |

Wonderful lesson, as always! We first spent time catching up with each other. As I've been busy taking care of my vegetable garden, I shared some story about our abundant harvest that were a bit too much for us. Jo advised me to make dried fruits candy. Sounds great and maybe I should try it! Today's main lesson was the article about how Ukraine got immediate approval to be a member of the EU amidst the war. Jo asked me some questions related to the article. It wasn't easy to answer them. But it must be a great practice to express my opinion in English. I really like the way she teach. Thanks, Jo. According to an article we read, a Myanmar fighter plane breached Thai airspace. However, Thailand seems to have made the correct option in not overreacting to the infiltration since Myanmar's purpose was not to risk the border, but to attack internal minorities who opposed the regime. |

6歳の息子をお願いしました。 子供と話す気はないんでしょうか、息子が先生の言うことをわからなくて黙ってしまっても特に察するそぶりもなくしばらく無言…うまく誘導しようという気も感じられず。 息子も完全にやる気をなくして適当に答え出してしまい先生も「めちゃくちゃ」だと…そうさせたのはこの方だと思います。 終わってから息子もなんか怖かったと言う始末… もうお願いすることはありません |

事前にこちらがリクエストしていたインターネット教材のサイトに先生がログインできず、何度もログインを試していましたがパスワードを忘れてしまったようで使えず。そのトライに5分近く要していました。その間5歳の娘は話を振ったりするも、ほぼスルー。結局全てのレッスンがフリートークで終わりました。 娘は楽しかったようなので星2つにしましたが、準備不足すぎると思います。 また、レッスン後の評価も5日後に当たり障りない内容で書かれただけで、その間も複数のレッスンをされていたようなので、本当に娘とのレッスンを覚えていて評価を書いてくれているのか疑問です。 |
