It was quite an enjoyable lesson. We picked up movies as a topic of the lesson from a website and took turns asking questions each other. She was kind and very supportive. She helped me every time I got stuck with how to put my thoughts into words by offering the correct words or phrases to express them. Overall, I'm very content with the lesson but if I pick one thing, it's a tiny thing though, I thought it would be far even better if she used a chatbox and correct my mistakes when I make them. Otherwise, there was no problem!! |

Today I tried to read an article about North Korea in Time. As usual, my practice focused on pronunciations & word stress. During the lesson, I learned some expressions such as "a brushback pitch" and "scared stiff". A worthwhile lesson. |
