I asked a few questions on the proper use of "those" and "them". I've sometimes felt confused in using these words, which Xandra understood, and she gave me a clear explanations and showed good model sentences. Although she had a cold and must have felt sick, she was patient enought to wait as usual until I finish talking.Take good care of yourself and see you next time!

The cultural difference you pointed out was convincing, Mark. We avoid direct statements even if it is clearly other's fault. We don't want to feel embarrassed and have them embarrassed, maybe.
