Thank you very much for talking with me today. I was much impressed with the fact that American high school students are more or less required to take care of children in the park or like that as a volunteer. In addition, we discussed how demanding job it can be to support people who have dementia or like that. In this regard, I really respect your parents in that they are as specialists familiar with some tips on how to tackle some medical problems which doctors alone can't overcome. I look forward to seeing you again.

In today's lesson, Kate choose an article about malnutrition in African countries. I think I was able to summarize it but it was very difficult for me to bring up my idea to solve the problem. She always picks up thought-provoking article or videos. It's very good to train to construct my thoughts. Thank you, Kate!

She was very kind:) When I couldn’t understand what she said, she tried to explain by various words. She also tried to speak slowly. I was a little sorry about bad connection of Skype. But mostly, that was alright. Thank you so much for teaching me English:) That was fun to talk with you.

Thank you very much for your great lesson. Today you and my daughter started the lesson with a free talk. I always feel sorry my daughter can not speak with a full sentence yet though she understands what you say.
After that she studied on the text where you asked her some questions whose level were just right for her. At the end of the lesson you did しりとり in English where she had a fun.

What is a workplace power harassment? According to a labor ministry of Japan, actions now officially considered power harassment include violence and physical offenses, mental abuse such as threats and verbal assaults, segregations, treating workers coldly, demanding the impossible and forcing workers to engage in activities beyond the scope of their duties. Unfortunately, for many employees those actions may sound like a typical day at the office. Companies need to establish clear guidelines. Bosses need to be more aware of their actions and the effect they have on their subordinates, workers who suffer or witness power harassment need to report it. Companies should understand that power harassment is bad for productivity. I hope all companies in Japan address this workplace problems as soon as possible.
