授業の進め方は、長過ぎない自己紹介、でもそこから少し話を拡げてくれ、テキストにうつるといった感じでとてもよかったです。テキストをベースにディスカッションも楽しかったです。惜しいのは2分ほど終了時間が短かったことですね。 |

Thank you so much for today's lesson. I told him about open campus. Then,I was surprised to hear that it's not common in the US. This is why, to make a contact with the university about that is complicated. So I hope that open campus will be common in the US. See you next time!!! |

Today was my second lesson with John. I chose Lesson 6 from 100 Power Topics today. His way of teaching me was wonderful. When I made mistakes he gave me good advises. He taught me the lesson smoothly. Besides, I enjoyed our free conversation concerning today's topic. His British pronunciation was wonderful as usual. Thank you very much for your excellent lesson, John. Thanks to you I had a fruitful and enjoyable time today. I am looking forward to taking your lesson again. |

Today I talked teacher Froulaine about our region. Actually most Japanese have two beliefs, Buddhism and Shintoism. Most Japanese have household Buddhism altar and Shinto small shrine within their house. We have no doubt when we say grace to both alters. In ancient Japan, people believed the ancient Shinto, kind of animism which based on the nature worship and worship of the dead. In 6th century, when Buddhism was introduced to Japan, people was surprised by bronze statue of Buddha, but didn’t abandon the ancient Shinto. People believed both just like we do today, and never to exclude each other. In other words, ancient Japanese created the Japanese style religion based on the ancient Shinto and the Buddhism. I couldn’t hardly express immediately, but tried to. She looked feel strange, but finally understood. Yes, It is the Japanese style. |
