We talked about my plan for my GW holiday and I explained my parents' restaurant business. I wanted to explain what dengaku was like but it was hard to describe. Dengaku (the main dish our restaurant serves) refersto a food that 's been miso-glazed and grilled. It looks like barbecue but does not include any meat (only fish and vegetables). Later we talked about tipping etiquette in the U.S and Japan. I forgot to mention about tipping habit in Japanese-style-hotel ("ryokan"). Maybe we can talk about it next time. |
