John is a well known business man, he coerces his subordinates into going the extra mile, sometimes cajoles their into doing the jobs. The prominent man adepts at tempting consumers to buy his products online, catalog retailing or simply retail, dominating the retail industry. The big dog always recommends his merry men to read books, any genre of books, he says "Children who don`t read books see the world black and white and children who read books see the world colorful". Whereas companies are phasing out the production and shut down the factories, John`s factories are encroaching on many regions. He is also good at pin down the causes of problems that even his best subordinates can`t solve out. The great guy is quite strict, sometimes he bawls out his people for a miner mistake or for being late. John is an expert in revitalizes merged companies, plucking up confidence to new subordinates and turn around the companies. |

Hi Nix! Thank you very much for giving wonderful lessons as always. I am so happy to see you again. I spent my first day here safely. I enjoyed talking about a lot of topics with a Taxi driver during the driving from the airport. He introduced the attraction of this town for sightseeing. Numbing cold in the morning and hot during the day. I am susceptible to get out of shape, let alone the pollen allergy. I feel crappy. Today I use words as quibbling,formality,at the expense of, take a toll,shirking,cliches,funnily enough,goof off,get it done,indulgence,dawdle,procrastinate,linger,drenched,pampered,harp on,wriggle out,muscle in on,gloat over,stick to the rules,go by the book,totally groundless,burn me up,doomed to failure,leech off,sponge on,shortcoming,flexible,tact,wheal and deal,amenable,magnify glass,snoring,cut corners,slack off,treacherous,veement,crude hut,pungent,obnoxious,elusive,myriad,flimsy,tepid,reticent,bail out,blatantly,intermittently,excruciatingly,curtly,nonchalant,daunting task,pervasive,abject poverty,downplay,disparage,lump,recurrence,recur,unreasoning,impair,kick up a fuss,fall for one`s talk,pass the buck,work out the kinks,with alacrity,crook,stall and so on.
