We talked about the expression "Ashes to Ashes" and terrible heat we are experiencing in both Italy and Japan. We also talked about travelling. I was so lucky that I was able to learn a lot about places in europe from her, as she has lived and visited many part of Italy and other cities in europe. Thanks for another great lesson, John sensei! I just read your review. It encouraged me greatly. Also I learned a new idiom in the last part of your review.“Give yourself a pad on the back.” It’s a nice phrase, isn’t it? I found some unfamiliar words in this topic. Building new vocabularies is not easy but I’m struggling with it whenever I have spare time. Now I’m at a cafe to open the textbook and review previous lessons because I get bored soon at home.
