It was nice talking with her. I was encouraged at her story that her mother is taking care of many patients infected with coronavirus as nurse.

I learned how to express about Japanese traditional food ‘Wakatakeni’ and boiled Soramame. These dishes remind us of spring. They have very simple flavors and texture. They are filled with vegetables and smell really good as well. Thank you for the awesome lesson as always, Nik! If you have chance, please try to eat ‘Wakatakeni’, but you might not have the taste, haha... See you next time.

日本の伝統的な食べ物「若竹煮」「そら豆煮」の表現方法を学びました。これらの料理は、春を連想させます。これらは非常にシンプルな味と質感です。 野菜たっぷりで香りもいいです。 素晴らしいレッスンをいつもありがとうございます、ニック。 機会があればぜひ「若竹煮」を食べてみてください。でも、味がしないかもしれませんね。^_^ また次回に!

Thanks for your giving me a interesting lesson today. You also pointed out my weakness in my English pronunciation of r and l. I will make an effort to improve the weakness with praactice.

Thank you for the lesson. My daughter felt very difficult to follow understand your lesson contents and questions. It could be appreciative if you would read my “Comment to Teacher” before a lesson because I every time write “She is beginner level. She has not learned any English grammar and her vocabulary is very limited. Please speak slowly and use easy words”.
In spite of that, you spoke to her as fast as to my son, 4 year older than her, and used sentences not for beginners such as “How long have you..?” and “Colder is comparative of cold”.
I felt your lesson would not be for kids or beginners.
As you look/sound cool and intelligent and seemingly consider efficiency to be important in a lesson, higher-level students must be satisfied with your lesson, though.

Today, I practiced composition, grammar, conversation and pronunciation using Prepositions + Adjectives At, On, ToAt + Adjectives 1. At 2. Based On 3. Depend On. I can't write unless I study grammar more. I'll do my best

Thank you for your lesson. Your English without any dialect is helpful and easy to understand. I was impressed to hear that you have learned English with a lot of books and practiced it. I should read books written by English more. I look forward to seeing you.

Thank you very much for the cheerful and encouraging lesson. My daughter has not had a chance to speak English very frequently recently, so she sometimes needs time to come up with right expression or phrase to express the exact feeling and thoughts. As the lesson progressed, she became less nervous, got relaxed, and was able to speak better. Hope that she can take your class more often. Thank you and see you soon.

Prior to prime minister announcement, Japanese population was prepared for a deepening economic slump. He expanded the declared state of emergency to all prefectures in Japan. The government ramps up efforts to stop the surge of the formidable coronavirus. The scenario will be more critical and alarmant than it is already now. Many companies, shops, hotels, restaurants and what not will be in hugely trouble. When chips are down the government should help them out to avoid a cathastrofy. A grave crisis is looming.
