We mainly discussed about redefining kimono. The positive effect of wearing kimono is that can discriminate from others. If I wear kimono when I go out, I can be remembered by many. The negative effect is that there are many rules which should be followed such as different type of kimono should be worn at different occasion. Recently kimono made of polyester is getting popular since the price is affordable and is washable at home. The first thing is having young people interested in kimono made of polyester and moving them on to the kimono made of silk. As time goes by, the definition of kinomo is changing and people who sell kimono have to adopt to the change, depending on the target selling the kimono. |
