 In these days, two Philippine movies released in Japan. After their reputation from movie critics, both of them are to be in the news. One is “MA'ROSA” which directed by Brillante Mendoza. It had got the best actress award of Cannes Film Festival in this year, so you may already know it. Other one is “Die Beautiful” which directed by Jun Robles Lana. It had got the best viewers award of Tokyo International Movie Festival in last year. I didn’t know either, but every news reports the humane feelings of Philippine people. I already know it through the lessons of teacher Froulaine. I’m looking forward to release of DVD.

 Today, I did my lesson in front of temple gate of Zojyo-ji. Teacher Froulaine asked me whether the monks are training the martial arts. In the Movie, sometimes we saw would be superhero trains in the temple in the movie. On the contrast, actual monks are quite and polite. I imagine the scene of the monks training, and thought it would be the good tourist attractions.
