We talked about New Osaka Merger. The city's 24 wards might be merged after the referendum on November 1. This is the second try. The first attempt was made in 2015 with a mayor, Hashimoto, but it was defeated by 11,000 votes out of more than 1.4 million cast. The result of the second try will depend on two major facts, political scene and corona virus. Next, we also talked about Mr and Mrs.Kawai who allegedly spent \30 million on bribes. The Tokyo prosecutors confiscated their smart phones at a Tokyo hotel where they were staying and found through analysis that messages they had sent on Line before the election had been erased. The prosecutors have recovered the data. |
