Today I followed the old saying you sent me the last class. I mean I ate lunch like a prince (or a queen). But my husband ate like a king. So we should be a pauper at dinner today. Now I noticed one question. Wakame and nori are very different, right? But they call both of them 'seaweed' in English. How can you distinguish them? We put wakame in the miso soup but use nori for sushi-rolls. Anyway to know about our culture or tradition is interesting. Thank you for making me laugh so much, Chele.
