Today, we talked about the article featuring mosquitoes.
I learned about some people tend to be a mosquitoes magnet because of
their body tempreture, sweating a lot, being pregnant or blood type O.
I enjoyed talking about how to avoid mosquitoes bite and our episodes.
As new expressions, "a fraction of", "repel = go away", "do gardening",
"take out the weeds", ,,,etc.

It was an interesting article about a man who was fired because he refused
joining the company activities after working hour.
The company aims at building a good team work in the office, but
he didn't want to use his private time after working.
Finally, he won the trial and awarded some money.
On the other hand, the comapny insisted he was unkind and didn't listen to
others, so he was difficult to worl with for the reasons of firing him.
We talked about the article from the vaarious angles.
Max always gives me different perspectives for topics and
the way to think deeply.

It was an exciting talking about giant insect fossil (milipede!).
I really enjoyed imagining the ancient days.
Max lectured me the important words and phrases and
cleared my questions.

It was a fun lesson talking about the article describing anti-cheating exam hat in the Philippines.
It is a unique way to avoid cheating on exams. Students make their own hats with hiding covers
not to see other students' test paper and have a test wearing it.
They look enjoying making a hat and appreciating other's hats during a test.
And I learned some countries are strict to stop cheating and some contries are not strict for it.
Max gave me different perspectives on each topic. That's so stimulating and fun!

Today Max chose me an interesting article introducing "Pan African Heritage Museum" which will be open
this summer in Ghana. It's a large scale museum including African articrafts looted by European contries.
It's also hoped that Africans and African people of decent living in other contries will unite and raise their
confidence. TIME magazine said it will be among the top 100 world's greates places to visit.
It provides the vertual version of the museum for everyone in the world to appreciate.
Max always choose interesting and inspiring articles and gives me different perspectives.
I learned about African history and new expressions and got corrections of my wrong use.

It was an interesting topic to discuss.

Today, we talked about the article that the gov. encourages especially young people to
drink more for increasing tax revenue. It's intereting and sounds embarassed because
drinking much is likely to cause health problems.
Max explained and wrote down unfamiliar words and phrases for me and I practiced summarizing the article.
Our discussion was so exciting and I learned various persupectives from him.
