マイナンバーや年金についての説明にまごつきましたが、ファーガル先生は、辛抱強く興味を持って聞いてくださいました。説明は良い練習になるからと、さりげなく質問してくださいます。次はもっとわかりやすく話せるように改善したいと思います。

会話のテンポ、キャッチボール、質問内容、トピックの広げ方などとても自然で、会話に集中していて気づいたら25分経っていたので、続きをやりたいと思い翌日もレッスン予約しました

Thank you for your lesson. I had a very good time. Sometime I felt that your English was little bit fast for me but I think I almost could understand you and I hope I could respond correctly. I have to increase more vocabulary and idiomatic phrase, and try to use the correct form of a verb for example "has", and the tens. Please tell me the correct phrase when I had a mistake.

スピーキングでいろいろ改善する点が多いので、フリートークやニュース記事ディスカッション以外に、新たなメニューを試してみました。瞬発力を上げるために、一つのトピックに関する質問をどんどんしてもらう方法です。冷や汗をかきながらの練習は、力がつきそうです。ちょっと変わった方法ですが、先生も柔軟に対応してくださって、まるで自然な会話のような雰囲気で行ってくださるので、経験豊富だと思いました。

人としては、とっても素敵な先生ですが、話し方が子どもに話しかけるような感じで、少し困りました。

Throughout the last semester, my daughter was very busy with her ballet lessons and studying math, science, history and the like... However, today, finally she was able to take your lesson for the first time in a long while! What a great time for her! She enjoyed talking with you! Also she was glad that you remembered that she likes playing the piano, even though she talked about that a long time ago. It's very nice of you! Thank you!
