Glad to see you again, Mayumi-Sensei.
It's been ages since the last time I felt having a conversation in English was so exciting, to be honest with you. I'm wholeheartedly grateful to you for your great contribution to my achievement.
Today, we kicked off the lesson by talking about a spate of unhygienic pranks in sushi restaurants. I explained how the trend began to her, and we discussed what might have kindled them. Our discussion moved to how stupid and crazy men are in their youth, and she told me about the ridiculous challenges that her son did. I couldn't help bursting into laughter, but I can imagine it wasn't funny at all for her. The story reminded me of tons of my stupid memories in my youth.

Now that I have done all that I can do for the exam, I am telling myself that there is no point in cramming things up. I'm trying to stay calm and wait for tomorrow.

Thank you for your continued support, and I am always grateful for encouraging me.
I know that I am losing my confidence as the exam is approaching and that all I need is to manage my nervousness. I will try to stay calm while the exam! Having said that, we still have one lesson to go before the exam, so I will make the most of it.

I have taken your lessons specializing in the Eiken speech practice for a couple of months, and it has been helping build my confidence. I am sure that I made significant strides in my English with your support. One thing left that I have to keep in mind is to make sure managing my nervousness at the exam, so that I will not repeat the same mistake.
Thank you, Mayumi-sensei. I am always grateful for the small chitchats you gave at the beginning of lessons. They were so therapeutic!
