 It's very interesting to use ladybirds(bugs) to expel the aphids in the UK. I think I cannot buy ladybirds(bugs) in Japan. You have nice idea for the organic farming! I was so pleased to know those! Thank you Kathryn!

 Though it's a summer season, why the Japanese people work so hard? In Europe, people take long holiday in the summer, but Japanese take only a short holiday.  Kathryn, I forgot to mention how wonderful hot pots in Taiwan were. Especially I love "酸菜白肉鍋", sour cabbage and pork hot-pot. The restaurant is really popular and you would never find a table without reservation. Now I am wondering if I can make a reservation from here Japan. Maybe I should ask for my hotel's help...
I am also wondering if Wong Kei has this? I have never tried to explore their menu to find more complex dishes than fried rice. I might need to go back there to find out!

 We talked about tomatoes. We have very hot summer in Japan, so my tomatoes are already ripning. Kathryn has to wait more. Climate is very different in both countries. Britain has a rich culture with tomatoes. I am really looking foward to the next lesson!
