事前に「不自然な英語表現があれば、テキストチャットで訂正してほしい」とお願いしていましたが、レッスン中にチャットが使われることはほとんどなく、希望していた指導を十分に受けられませんでした。また、レッスン中に一度も名前を呼ばれず、これまで受講した多くの講師と比べて、個人に向き合う姿勢があまり感じられなかった点も残念でした。

レッスン後のレビューも丸一日経っても掲載されず、Teamsで送った投稿依頼にも既読が付きませんでした。そのため運営に問い合わせたところ、すぐに掲載されました。ただ、内容は表現の訂正が2点と一般的な挨拶が中心で、私としては具体的なフィードバックが少なく、急いでまとめたような印象を受けました。

こちらの事情による遅刻でレッスン時間が短くなった点は承知していますが、それを踏まえても、事前のリクエストへの対応や受講後のフォローには不満が残りました。150ポイントのレッスンとして期待していたサービスの質には届かなかったと感じています。


Before the lesson, I specifically requested that any unnatural English expressions be corrected in the text chat. However, the chat was hardly used during the lesson, so I did not receive the level of correction I had hoped for. The teacher also never addressed me by name during the session. Compared with most teachers I have taken lessons with, this made the interaction feel less personal.

The lesson review had still not been posted after a full day, and my message on Teams requesting it remained unread. It was posted promptly after I contacted customer support. However, the review mainly consisted of two language corrections and generic closing remarks. I found the feedback limited, and it gave me the impression that it had been put together in a hurry.

I acknowledge that my late arrival shortened the lesson. Even taking that into account, I was disappointed with how my request was handled and with the follow-up after the lesson. Overall, I did not feel the service met the standard I expected from a 150-point lesson.
