However, I have no desire to taste other people's food. I bet most Japanese are fastidious and would not lick the screen on a train. Having said that, it could be caffeine, such as in coffee. If I just lick it off, the caffeine won't keep me awake, so it might be just the thing. TTTV won't affect the trip because no one will be content to lick the TV.
